What is your return policy for sim racing cockpits?

We offer a 14-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to weight, return shipping costs for cockpits are the responsibility of the customer.

Are Sim-Lab cockpits compatible with Fanatec and Logitech peripherals?

Absolutely. Our cockpits feature universal mounting patterns designed to be compatible with all major brands, including Fanatec, Logitech, Thrustmaster, and Simucube.

Do you offer assembly services?

Currently, we do not offer on-site assembly. However, all products come with detailed digital manuals and we provide video tutorials to guide you through the build process.
